Beginning in new construction in 2002, Loretta quickly realized that she had found what would be a lifelong career. In 2004 Loretta became a Licensed Agent and a Sales Manager for a new construction company. Loretta's passion and attention to detail took the mystery out of the complex process of home building for her clients. The confidence her clients had in her ability went beyond the sale and resulted in the creation of relationships that continue to today.

Loretta joined Coldwell Banker in 2014 as a real estate specialist assisting both buyers and sellers. After working with a successful team for nearly 4 years, Loretta joined forces with The Logan Strain Group, the #1 Sales and Listing Agent within the #1 Coldwell Banker Gundaker Office in St. Charles County in 2019.
